Civispan is providing civil engineering services related to the schematic design, design development, construction document, and construction phases of the project.

Civispan prepared a Site Plan for the entire site. This includes layout of buildings, roads and parking areas, parking tabulations, buffering and setbacks, net tract/density calculations. The plans are currently being processed through Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission of Prince George's County for approval.
