Design Build
The design-build project lifecycle is an integrated approach that streamlines the construction process by combining both design and construction services under one contract. This method promotes collaboration between architects and contractors, allowing for efficient communication and decision-making. The lifecycle typically encompasses several phases: project initiation, design development, construction, and project completion. By a cohesive environment, the design-build approach often leads to reduced project timelines and enhanced cost-effectiveness.
